1-1 Frame Center
M5 threads have been tapped in top and bottom center holes of a 250x60x20 rail, both ends. Screw M5x10mm screws into the threads, leaving 3 to 5 mm extending out.

1-2 Z Uprights
In each of these two 20x20x405mm rails, 4mm holes have been drilled through the centers for hex key access. One hole 10mm from bottom end, one hole 50mm from bottom end. M5 threads are tapped in the center holes in both ends of each rail.

1-3 Y Rails
Two 20x20x340mm long rails. In each of these rails, A 5mm hole has been drilled through the center for hex key access. The hole is 95mm from end. M5 threads have been tapped in the center holes in both ends of each rail.

1-4 Prep Frame Center Top
Insert two screws and slide nuts into frame center top slot. The two screws are M5x8mm. Leave the head of the screws protruding from the slots.

1-5 Prep Frame Center Rear
Insert four slide nuts into frame center back-side top slot.

1-6 Attach Upright Rail
Lay the frame center rail on a flat work surface. Slide the slot of a 20x20x405mm upright rail over the two screws in the end of the frame center rail with the access holes pointing out. Slide the bottom end of the upright down to flush with the bottom face of the frame center rail. With a hex key wrench, reach through the access holes and tighten the two screws. Press the upright rail and frame center rail against the flat work surface while tightening to ensure squareness.

1-7 Attach Other Upright Rail
Repeat the Step 1-6 process for the opposite upright rail. Press both upright rails and frame center rail against the flat work surface while tightening to ensure squareness. Also, ensure that both upright rail bottoms are flush with the bottom face of the frame center rail. Tighten all four screws tightly.

1-8 Attach Y Rear Pieces
Using six M5x10mm screws and four slide nuts, attach the Y Mount Bracket and Y Motor Mount to the two Y rails. Attach on the rail ends with the access holes and with access holes pointing up. Tighten the rear screws, then tighten the screws of the Y Motor Mount, then tighten the screws of the Y Mount Bracket while it is pushed tight against the Y Motor Mount.

1-9 Attach Y Rail Assembly to Frame Center
Slide the Y rail assembly rail slots over the screw heads protruding out of the frame center slot. Slide the assembly forward until the Y mount bracket is touching the frame center. Do not tighten screw through the access holes yet. IMPORTANT: Slide Y assembly onto screw heads so the side of the frame center with five slide nuts in the top slot are on the side facing the Y mount bracket.

1-10 Attach Y Mount Bracket
Looking from the rear, use the center slide nuts and two M5x10mm screws in the rear top slot of the frame center to attach the Y mount bracket to the frame center. Do not tighten the screws yet.

1-11 Attach Y Front Foot
Attach the front foot with two M5x10mm screws.

1-12 Position Y Rail Assembly
Attach the jig to the frame center squarely against the upright rail and frame center rail. Slide the Y rail assembly flush against the jig edge and, reaching through the two access holes with a hex key wrench, tighten the two screws pulling the Y rails tight onto the frame center rail. Then tighten the two screws in the Y mount bracket attaching the bracket to the frame center rail. Remove the jig.

1-13 Add Frame Feet
Attach the frame feet to the bottoms of the two upright rails with M5x15mm screws.
